how would a jackson blower lose boost?
hi
i am runnin a SCed GSR, and at dynoday, at about 5-6k my boost went past 10 psi into like 11-12...and at 7-8k it tapered off to eventually like 5 psi at 9....anyone know why? before, when i had my car tuned (i had messed w FP settings in between, but i dont see why that would affect boost), boost was consistent 9-10 all the way to 8500...i'm running a 9 psi stepper on my car with hondata and 440 injectors. what gives?

I think you have other issues to work out besides boost loss. First, why are you seeing 12psi if you only have the 9psi stepper pulley? Also, how are you getting your gs-r to rev to 9000rpm without grenading? Dyno charts would help us diagnose what's going on.

belt slippage will cause boost drop but you can usually hear it
Tighten up the belts a little, and watch the gauge on the street.

well...the boost tapering off is consistent thru all gears...at around the same rpm...so is it belts or manifold leak?

sometimes, with cheaper belts, they will stretch even with proper belt tension. Replace the belt, it's likely not a boost leak
