a missing link is a simple check valve between the stock map sensor and its vacuum source. The stock map sensor will only read up to 10psi so the link bleeds vacuum to the map so it wont see anything over 10 psi.

the missing link stops the map from seeing any boost, only time you would use it would be with a fmu. If you want to run more than 10 psi then you need to a new map sensor.

Don't ever use one of those things, especially if u have a chipped ecu. If u know some one using one with a chipped ecu punch them in the junk!.. lol The only way u should use one of those is if ur stupid and broke. If ur ecu is chipped then all u have to do is tell the ecu that ur running boost and what map sensor ur using and it will do the rest (or ur tuner). A stock honda map will read 11.5psi absolute pressure which should b roughly 14psi relitive pressure.
