I might buy a Hondata ECU, and if I did, I would sell all the above items.

I want to get a feel about how easy it would be to sell the above items.

 

I might be intrested in the Soft Touch Revlimiter. Does it require the MSD ignition as well..or can the unit be used by itself?

 

I'd still keep the Soft Touch, the Hondata still uses a fuel cut style rev limter, which is not healthy for boosted apps. But definately get a Hondata

 

The soft touch is for OE ignition systems. On a honda their are 3 or 4 wires you connect, that's it.

 

It does not require a MSD box. It just cuts spark at a specified rpm with user changable pills. It's just the "L" part of the 6AL, that's all.

 

Hmm nice...much better then having no fuel at high RPMs huh?
I might consider this once I up my rev limit later on...or now if its for sale

 

Exactly. Now that I think about it, perhaps I'll put one on my turbo project. I've used it in the past with success on n/a setups, and it's very helpful when you are breaking in a motor (to help you resist the temptation to beat on it). BTW, they cost 99 bucks new from Jegs and Scummit racing.

The cartech.. most likely $100 or so.

 

How much for the Soft Revlimiter if you do sell it?

 

The soft rev limiter has NEVER been installed. It's new. I've only set the box for 4 cylinders.

New these are 109 or so, I'd sell it for 95 ish.... if I sell it.
