CRX T-Si

I will be dropping off my block to them this afternoon and need to know if anyone knows of a specific person who I should talk to so I don't get raped.

This is a B16 Block, needs to be overbore by 0.0020" (.5mm), decked the block and check for the E-- thing. (dear not say that word, Mods already took my % down) also I installed the GE blockguard.

Need an estimated price around how much will this costs me.
These people told me around $400 for the overbore, is this reasonable?

i paid $180 to have a blockguard welded on a block and have it bored out by a very reputable Machine Shop.
