it sounds like you need to SLOW DOWN. when working on your car take your time. be alot more careful. it seems like you just jump into alot of things without anayalizing the risks and precautions that you need to take. just take your time on it. the more rush you have more **** is gonna get ****ed up.

My car has been down for 3 months. Nothing has really been rushed its just that 1 week I did the fuel pump. then the next I got the head back on and everything plugged in. The car was never started or tested after each change. So it just makes it more difficult to find out what messed up.
I'm gunna start checking stuff out tonight. Start with unplugging the fuel pump relay

Update

Im right around 4300miles now since the last time i put it together. Everything is running good. I had a small coolent leak into the oil still but i recently put some barsleak into the radiator and havent leaked since. The turbo is dead already, going to replace that soon when I have the time.

You didn't tune, and you're wondering why the motor blew up? I can't wrap my mind around that. Besides its an H swapped Accord, you have zero logic behind your reasoning for not tuning. Nobody is going to think its a big deal minus yourself unless you live in a town full of mentally challenged cows. Then you go off cranking your boost up without retuning (or a tune at all for that matter)? The ECM isn't going to be able to instantly correct for that, ESPECIALLY a chipped ECU on whatever basemap you were on. You tune at one power goal, at one PSI and you're done. If you go cranking up the boost you will definitely blow more parts without a retune. This had potential but your stupidity destroyed it, Twice!
