Default Maximum boost to run on B16A2 setup?

First my setup:
B16A2 stock except for B16B camshafts
OBD I conversion
T3/T4 garett turbo A/R .50
Peakboost Ramhorn manifold
Tial 44mm wastegate
3" downpipe w/ 3" custom exhaust in Magnaflow Mufller (no converter)
MSD ignition

I use to run @ 8.5 psi and got 270whp on dyno (but whit a huge manifold leak - reason why I upgraded to the peakboost manifold/exhaust/wastegate).

I was wondering what maximum boostsome of you guys have ran on a similiar setup.

its gonna depend greatly on the agressiveness of the tune and fuel used, on type of gas used, and we would need to know a bit more about your turbo to dictate max psi to run. The better question is how much power over OEM can it handle...

The tune is pretty mild. The fuel used is 91 octane (shell). The turbo is a Garrett T3/TO4E 50 trim w/ .63 a/r.

I dont know how much boost you'll need to get there, but i wouldn't push the stock block much past 325whp on 91 octane if you want it to be safe and reliable. Also, unless you have an upgraded MAP sensor, you're limited at a hair over 10psi anyway...that should be more than enough for your goals anyway....

id keep it under 300whp just because of the 91 octane and high compression, i personally make 333whp on 91 octane and feel my motor is safe up to 400whp but then again my compression is 8.3, a thicker headgasket will give you room to make a bit more power safely. id get a .050 personally.

I dont claim to know what the static compression of a B16 is, but i made 315whp on 91oct on my 10:1 comp GSR...something to think about

i made over 300whp on a 10.8:1 b16b and 91, but still i always say pushing the envelope is not for everyone, not every tuner is capable. i always suggest people be conservative only because so many people on here read jo shmoe made 500whp on his bone stock ls with pump gas so they start telling everybody to aim crazy high and guys end up with blown motors not realizing joe shmoe was on a dynapack and 100octane "pump" gas...

^^Very good point. Fortunately where i live there is a freakish abundance of capable tuners which makes owning a stock block turbo Honda a bit easier. I rest easy at night knowing that Jordan knows his stuff

I would stay in the power range your at like stated already..But if you put some weisco/je pistons and eagle rods(Somthing along those lines). you can jump up a good amount of power
