max psi
i have a bone stock b16a block (OBD0) with port and polished head and 3 angle valve job. im going turbo and have everything i need and i am running a t3/t4 to4e turbo. i have a 255lph pump and rc 550cc injectors. my question is what is a safe boost psi for a daily driver with a very good tune with my stock bottom end? thanks guys

more like PSI is a bad word. Use horsepower to determine the safety PSI has NOTHING to do with "safety".
To the OP 300whp seems to be the norm. For B16's because of the low torque we see lots of 330whp and up cars doing just fine.

so your saying that as long as i stay around 300 i should be ok? since this is my dd i wanna make sure it will last for at least a year because that is when i plan a full motor build. but i also wanna have something fast and fun until then
run enough psi to make at or a little under 300 whp. now...depending on the setup, that probably 8-11 psi. you cant really run over 10.7 psi on a stock map sensor anyhow
