14.7 psi on stock b16 block?
Hi
im just wondering if i would be able to run a 1 bar on my stock b16 motor....
i have rc440cc injectors, walbro fuel pump and itr valvetrain....
would she be able to handle this amount of boost? im running 7 right now
and im getting tuned and dyno'd on tuesday... wondering if it would be safe to run it or not.

if u going for dyno tunning
the tuner should know what kind of power he can push out of ur car as long as he tunes it right.....
he should know and have an idea of where are the limits.....

Re: 14.7 psi on stock b16 block? (Mad Chemist)
If your on stock compression Id deff. keep an ear out for detonation. When I had my t3 on my 10.2 CR B16 @14psi, is was on the very edge of pinging. Id go very soft on the timing. Like around 15-16* IHMO.
12psi would be what Id recommend to ensure a long happy engine life. Just my .02
PS, I ended up making 238 at 8-10psi and 277 @ 14-15psi w/ a 60/63 T3. Goodluck
