Max boost on stock sleeves?
What is the max boost you can run safely on stock sleeves? I'm just curious what people are running on there daily driver. This is assuming that the motor is built and tunned running on pump gas.

You are asking the wrong question. Max HP on stock sleeves is what you are wanting to know. Boost all depends on the size of the turbo.

So i could run lets say 20+ pounds of boost, and as long as the HP isn't too much then I'll be safe.

I've seen numerous stock sleeved B series cars make 350whp+ on pump gas and that's being conservative. With pistons and rods you should have a pretty reliable set up sufficing your car is tuned right. The tune is the key to making reliable and safe hp. I'm sure everyone would agree.

Depending on your compression ratio, I think anything approaching 400 hp is pushing it. I cracked my factory sleeve in cylinder #4 w/15 psi and a 75 shot, and yes it was tuned right.
If your car was tuned "right" you wouldn't have cracked a sleeve... it's all about the tuning.
