Default MAP Sensor question on a B18A1

Here is my problem, I currently have a 95 Del Sol with a b18A1 swap. I bought the car with a small 14b turbo strapped to it. The stock MAP sensor won't be able to read all the new air coming into the engine. There is an adapter placed on the sensor to fool it into thinking it is running lean, therefore making it run rich. Too rich that is. What can I do to make the car run perfect. 1 Bar MAP sensor? Is there an easy fix without tuning required? Thanks fr all of your help. ( Stock injectors/internals)

did you change the turbo ?
what do you mean by "all the new air" ?
was the 14b setup properly tuned ?

The stock honda map sensor can read up to 11 psi of boost without issues.
The problem is you do not have the proper fuel system (injectors & fuel pump) along with engine management.
