Default MAP problem

I normally dont post much but I have a problem. I cant get rid of Limp mode when i hit boost. I have a Y8 swap in a 91 Si with a T25 home made kit. The shop it is at has been trying to fix it with various Check valves, and all sorts of stuff. The shop wants to fix it without doing the VAFC hack. What i need to know is will a greddy emanage fix this problem? It runs fine until boost when i get a check engine light due to the MAP sensor. The shop said if the Greddy Emanage wont fix the problem they will remove it for no cost. I am good friends with the owner of this shop but im just wondering if this is a waste of my time. This is my current set up to answer some ?

D16Y8, 255 fuel pump, Vortec 12:1 FMU, 320 injectors, AEM fuel rail, AEM fpr, AEM camgear, VAFC.

I have the E-Manage and think it's a peice of trash. I would pick that VAFC over the E-Manage anyday. Your problem is that the MAP is not designed to see positive pressure. A Missing Link would solve your problem.

EDIT: The E-Manage will fix your problem though. What happens, is the MAP sensor wire is cut between the ECU and the sensor, is routed through the E-Manage and then back to the stock ECU.

You need to make sure that the MAP part of the VAFC is hooked up correctly. The VAFC should be making sure that your cars ECM is not seeing boost.
