I remember reading a post stating Thermal muffler are produce by magnaflow

huh? i dont think so... thermal is loud, magnaflow is quiet... unless thermal uses magnaflow race mufflers?

 

from what i hear magnaflow makes thermal. its just like how KYB makes GAB

 

i checked their respective websites and there is no sign that either one is connected with each other.

i really dont see why magnaflow would attempt to break into the import world with their ricey mufflers, IF they already have Thermal R&D sucking up all those profits! the quality and variety is there, but it doesnt seem logical that magnaflow makes thermal... maybe thermal uses magnaflow, but that doesnt make sense to me either cuz thermal is a lot louder than magnaflow.

 

Thermal makes there own mufflers. They do all their mandrel bending, tip manufacturing and welding of the systems in Canoga park. They make their muffers in a different location - but they are moving to large facility in Palmdale soon where they will do everything in one location......
