If you run a 13" fan you won't need a shroud it will cover about 95% of the surface area and flow 2700cfm

I designed one at my work for my car, sheet metal shop, but I cant be making them and selling them to people.

But Turbo LS is right, the fan is so big your really not gaining anything by adding a shroud. I noticed very little difference.

Not to mention that the cakepan style doesnt really help much. Just the fan will work wonders by its self

Do you guys think RC1000cc injectors would be too big for my greddy 18g setup on stock ls with 260ish HP.. person locally is selling a set for $130 and one needs to be cleaned. i know its a bit much but would be ideal for the price and have plenty of room to go on them for future upgrades.

Yea bro, wish I keep mine.. When you go to tune, your turner will tune the flow rate of the injector for your setup.. But that's plenty I'm on rc 550 and I'm fine and around 260hp

-Stock B18b
-OE headgasket
-arp headstuds
-T3 Garrett A/R .60/.63
-skunk2 pro IM with 68mm alpha TB
-Ram Horns manifold
-3" DP with dump tube piped into it
-2.5 charge piping
-FMIC
-DSM 440's
-walbro 255 intank
-blitz bov
-38mm turbosmart wastegate
-Crome
-11PSI

266whp/206tq
heres my dyno chart:

i want to build a spare block with either cp, wiseco or srp pistons with eagle H rods for now and later add a gsr head so it would be a LSV-turbo down the road.

i'd like to break or be close to 400whp however, i have no clue if my turbo can reach that goal. from what ive been told it came out of a SVO mustang and no clue on the specs on it besides the inlet and outlet ar's. what kind of power gains will i achieve with just swapping out the block?

^^Nice Teg!

Quick question:

I'm looking to buy a precision SC-5031E from a friend. It's been sitting in his garage for a few years. It looks brand new but when you spin the shaft it feels like it catches, is this because it's been sitting on a shelf? Will it spin normally when it gets some oil and heat?

Curious if any of you are running COMPLETELY stock b18b setups in the 12psi range on e85 and what kind of numbers you are running? I previously had a crx on 11psi bone stock and failed to put head studs in before I got carried away beating it up and cracked all 4 sleeves after I blew the head gasket. I am just a bit nervous of boosting my current setup anymore than 10psi, in the experience any of you have had what could be the most psi safely I could run?

92 EG Sedan
95 B18B/LS Trans
750cc Injectors/e85
255 Walbro Pump
Ebay Intercooler
Ebay Turbo
SSQ Bov
Tial 38mm WG
3in Open DP
Crome ECU

Currently on 7psi street tuned with a perfect 11.8 AFR @ WOT

Should also mention I would be happy with 300whp. I daily drive this car but would like to hand it some people on the street lol

I ran 21psi on my stock B18B for 2 years Daily driven on 93, nevermind E85. That sounds like a bad tune to me.

Well the CRX was years ago wayyyy before e85 was available in NY. I was just beating the crap out of it without head studs and I think the head lifted and just messed everything up. The current setup has head studs and is a way healthier motor than my old one.

With a 50 trim t3 on 13 psi I made 265whp on a Mustang dyno. Switching to a 62/62 @ 14 psi made 306whp. Same dyno. Redline at 8,000

265 seems low?. The guy above is at 266 at 11psi. I might just run stock cams then I was aiming for 270-300 whp by like 11-12 psi.

I have always ran a fel-pro headgasket with copper spray with ARP headstuds torqued to 80 ft lbs. No problems

unopened Ls longblock 57mm garrett running VP Blue, not E. I was fine on 10psi but I popped the head gasket when I turned it up to 13psi. ARP head studs and a victor reinz head gasket now, no problems so far. I'm almost out of injector with these Dsm's so whenever I get a bigger set I'll turn it up a little.

As you get it retuned, yes?...That's how you popped the first one going to 13psi.
