Default LS-Vtec turbo dyno numbers.

Well here is my set up:

1.92 GE sleeved block.................. Hondata 3bd
Arias 9.1 pistons ............... Spearco front mount
Eagle Rods............... JG Proseries head
Jg Victor X intake mani .............. ACT clutch (which is letting go)
Rev hard Cast manifold ............. Clutchmaster flywheel
custom downpipe (3 ") ........ Turbonetics T3/T04E(specs unknown)
Thermal Exhaust ........... MSD 72lb. injectors
All custom piping ............ Aem Fuel rail and FPR
Tial 35mm WG and BOV ............ MSD 6 BTM with crane coil

The car was tuned using a Mustang Dyno. According to my tuner a dynojet will lay down more impressive numbers. It made 295 at around 14-15 psi. The car has more in it he says but anything more than 15 psi it spits and sputtters. I wish i had more info on this but i just got off the phone with him and thats what he told me. On the dyno he did a simulated 1/4 mile pass and it ran a 13.1 @110. 110 should have 12s all over it. With further tuning it will see 11s. Thing that sucks is that im getting deployed in 2 weeks and will have no time to enjoy it. When i get back car is recieving equal length manifold (GEOFFS mani) and a healthy shot of laughing gas . Reason turbo specs are unknown is I bought the kit used and didnt know dick about turbos back then. Can someone please tell me the difference in the dynos. My tuner says it should make and easy 330 on a dynojet, but who knows. Ill try to find a scanner when i get a copy of the dyno plot and post it this weekend

you defienitely need someone to maintain it and drive it around while you're away to keep it in good working order. i am in Dallas and i can go pick the car up and garage it for you if you want. i'll drive it but not run it hard and keep it clean and dry.

Yeah maybe, once i get back its going back to the dyno and we will really crank the boost up. Im thinking maybe the plugs are gapped to far and its blowing the spark out. Well I should have the car in about 3-4 hours (I cant wait). Also I really like this turbo I have now so im prolly just gonna put like a 75 shot or something on it fot the track. Really dont want to deal with turbo lag. But hey we will see it seems like every week I change my mind.

Also I just got to give anonther shout-out to my boys at Polk Performance (Damonboost). One again they came through, and I highly recommend them to anyone near Little Rock Arkansas. Very honest guys and THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE............................

One of the immeditate problems we had was the damn spark plug wires coming off.. Jr, u definately need some new plug wires. We also had another programmer go down on hondata so that cut us a little short, plus the Emulator quit working.. <<Insert plug for TEC 3 here>> The car felt reall strong but it the clutch isnt gonna last a whole lot longer. Toward the end of the session it was slipping a bit. I think this car is capable of 375-400 on this turbo!! Car is every bit capable of doing 120mph and getting you thown in Jail << Inside joke with Leonard>>
