a lot and a lot.
the turbo setup will dictate how much power is made. with a good tune you can probably make 400whp.
edit, wiht 440cc injectors i wouldnt take it over 300whp

Yeah, 440 is too small... U want high whp u need bigger injectors..

I did a pretty much identical set-up to yours last summer and it put out 323whp. The injectors were the limiting factor as they were 440cc and maxed out at 13psi.
The turbo was a t3/t04e .60comp/.48ar and had a traditional log style manifold.

Type R cams and stock valve train? I was under the impression thats not too good? I'd love to put R's in my b16 head but I was told to get aftermarket or at least R valvetrain? Would I be all right runnin type R cams in my setup then?
yea ditch the injectors and get a decent turbo setup and it will make great power...stock sleeves arent that bad really if the tune is good...im running 24lbs from an sc61 on my near 10:0.1 ratio gsr block with stock sleeves(forged rods and pistons)...no problems..yet anyways

that's pretty much a rule of thumb. at the least, get new valve springs. dont take the risk of valve float. even super street magazine had a write up on them
