ls/vtec most hp

Just wonedering what the most hp ls/vtec can handle shooting for 650/700whp
setup
84mmbenson sleeved block
rlz ported head
oliver rods
cp pistons
type r cams
turbo either borg/warner s366 or garrett gt4088r
i wont be running a block girdle and just wanted to get an opinion if the block would hold at that power with out the girdle

not trying to soud like an idiot just want to make sure my engines right and i know it also has to do with the tune but i was just wondering mechanicaly wise how durable that type of setup is
if thats your set-up ( good job BTW ) and you dont know if thats gonna hold up i think you need to research more an gain some more knowledge
and the simple answer to your question is YES your set-up will work since you dont have a gridle yet buy some ARP hardware for the bottom end and top end

i did do research obvisouly just by the parts that i bought i was just trying to see if anyone has seen any type of engine failure from not running a girdle
