Lowering boost on an internal wastgate?

Default Lowering boost on an internal wastgate?

Maybe a stupid question but on a td05 how can I lower the boost??? Im looking to run in the 5-8 range. Any help would be really great.

You can shorten the actuator arm which will cause the turbo to spool slower and possibly reduce your max boost.

you would actually lengthen the actuator arm...but this causes more lag.

you can also use the carb spring method which i heard is pretty good...thats what im going to be using. check out homemadeturbo.com. there is a lot of info about this topic there.
