Default Low(ish) cost d16z6 turbo build

Hey all came here to get some pointers on my build, I'm doing a sohc z6 turbo with a goal of 200hp for a daily.

Build so far:

Fully rebuilt z6 micro polish crank
Stock rods shot peened
Stock oem new oil pump from Honda
King bearings Nippon rings
Jdm d15 vtec head bolts
Mls head gasket
Stock cam and gear

Total was right at $1300 with purchase of engine included

Turbo:
Rebuilt and balanced dsm T25
Internally gated
2.5 dump tubing to 2.5 straight pipe with muffler

Dsm 450 injectors or rc 550's

Walbro 255 fuel pump

EBay intercooler

Oil catch can

Keeping PS ac already gone

Been looking over the threads lots of people have built this kind of set up no reports on how reliable it was a year or two later.

Any issues I should be looking into?? Cracking rings? Spinning bearings?

I have another block I can build for a spare was thinking about doing arp head studs, the shop who did the motor did not recommend them as my power goal was not that high thoughts?

Any good feed back would be appreciated

200HP would be fine with the small T25 DSM turbo. But take care about rods!! For 170-180 HP, it would last decades.

450cc injectors would be ok, you don't need 550's.

Since you have the block apart, I would just do a vitara build. It's cheap and you can up the boost when 200whp isn't cutting it anymore.

Get ARP headstuds while its apart. Also, what are you using for EMS?

Engine is already assembled broke in N/A I'm running p28 with a street tune in chrome gold, no arp studs for now but will most likely upgrade when the turbo goes on

Shot-peened rods? I wouldn't even have wasted my money on doing that. I'd spend the $200 on some cheap forged rods instead - much more reliable going that route.

True, but for his 200hp power goal, they'll work

@$10 a rod for shot peening I hardly wasted money....... I have another bottom I'm building for a 275 whp goal that I'll be using forged rods on.
