Default low boost problem

i have a 94 accord ex and im putting the finishing touches on my turbo system Garrett t3/t04e, tial 38mm wastegate, spoolin performance log mani, greddy rs BOV, all aluminum piping.. dont know if anything else pertains to my problem.. anyway, right now im only making like .3 bar. im pretty sure the problem is the wastegate because i know its opening (too soon for my liking).. i was wondering what pressure the stock spring is set at. i also have an adjustable (turnable dial) manual boost controller that ive installed once but couldnt notice any difference in both extremes of adjustability so i took it off.. what could i be doing wrong with this? help me out guys.

yes, but u might have sthing loose or leaking before or at the wastegate .if thats the case theirs only enough air that goes through to the turbo to make boost .or ur pipes r leaking or bov.

i just redid my entire charge piping and threw on a new BOV too so i doubt im leaking. the wastegate is the only thing i can think of.. with my boost controller can i make the weak wastegate spring not limit me to .3 bar or is it purely a mechanical device and id have to order a new spring?

if its a .3bar spring it should be about 4lbs boost.u could add air to it to make more boost.

with a boost controler......when u turn the **** air enters controller to wastegate thus holds spring closed longer.......that results more boost.do u have the vavum lines to the manifold and w/gate ran right?
