make sure your vacuum connections are correct - those are very easy to overlook. also.. since you're boosting so little, first gear usually won't show much boost on the boost guage. last thing i can think of is to check the turbo piping to make sure there's no leaks. hope that helps.

check your intercooler piping as well. some kits come with pretty crappy rubber elbows that can blow off

well i unhooked the wastegate and i got boost no problem.i had the wastegate line hooked up right next to the turbo. i think that is the problem so i am going to hook up the line near the tb so the wastegate will not open till the tb is see that boost.

there is no leaks in the ic lines. i checked a million times and the ic has no leaks that i can see or feel

hmmm... you shouldn't have to hook it up like that. the tial wastegate has two spots where you can connect a vacuum to. make sure that the vacuum line that connects to the turbo is connected to the opening on the side of the tial wastegate and not the top. the opening on the top of the wastegate is for a boost controller.

well it is the wastegate they must of gave me the smallest spring they had. it will open with about 3 psi. i used a small compressor to open it and it oppend with 2 to 3 psi i ordered the .4 bar spring so that should be 5.88 psi should i just get a boost controller or get a new spring?
