Lovefab Shorty or Sidewinder + Best Boost Controllers?
I'm sitting here finalising the turbo kit ideas. I'm going LoveFab. Inexpensive when compared to Full Race and he has a lot of positive feedback.
My question is should I go Shorty or Sidewinder? I want AC, and I want my kit to support 400whp at a later date (I'll shoot for 300 on stock internals). I do not mind the modification the Sidewinder takes, either. I don't know if the Sidewinder is going to give me the extra power I want in the end, or if the Shorty is going to support it.
Anyone else have any recommendations for me? I have a B16A3 with a ported head and Hondata s200.
Also... boost controllers. Which one is your favorite and why?

If you have the dough, go for the sidewinder. I'm thinking any kind of an equal length manifold will spool quicker and make more power than a log manifold. As for boost controllers, I like what the AEM EMS provides with a gm boost control solenoid, if you arn't gonna use that to control it a greddy profec-b is easy to use and works great.

If you want a staged progressive boost controller I would recommend the Innovative Turbo MSBC even tho they didn't do the best job writing installation instructions... For something simple the Blitz SBC works just fine... Just my $0.02...
