looking for mid to low 12s

okay i already have a ls block completely stripped so i think im just gonna stick with that just need to see if i can find the crank, so type r oil pump new water pump, aftermarket pistons and rods, b16 head w/ golden eagle vtec conversion kit, should be good to go with that? i figure 250-300 should put me in high to mid 12 would roughly 10-12 lbs get me to that point? and once again everybody i appreciate the help

81.5mm GSR, alaniz head, neukin mani, T3/T67, AEM EMS, all in a full interior 95 coupe, has leather and a stereo no less.
12.163 @ 126.47 on 225 BFG's, so close to 11's but I suck at driving. I have a sleeved motor but you could make this much power on stock sleeves, it'd go even quicker in a lighter car. Mine is 2500+ pounds.
PS, why are you running forged pistons/rods if you only want 250-300 WHP?
