Limiting boost
Ok, say I'm set up so I can run 15psi. But say I wanna be able to just drive at 5 or 6 and then be able to switch up to 15 when I need it, is that possible? I know that you can use a wastegate to set the max amount of boost but is there a way to switch it while driving? Someone please explain this to me, im trying to do my research on this before I do it to my GSR.

Buy a wastegate spring for the lowest psi you wish to run, then just run a dual stage, or electronic boost controller, and set the high boost to whatever psi you wish to run at that stage.

Get a turbo XS dual stage boost controller just a flick of a switch U could switch into a different boost level and its easier to use but without the Advantage of a electronic boost controller

Nope. Speed density system, so you just won't use the entire map in the low boost setting.

Re: (beepy)
why not just limit the amount of boost with your foot and the gas pedal??? You'll only be at 15psi for like .1% of the time you are driving a daily driver.

So do you floor it while accelerating everytime to redline?? If not, then you'll only be at full boost like less then 1% of the driving time. That's all I was saying by limiting boost with the gas pedal.
