Default let it sit for a while/ tap the gas and it puffs smoke

like was stated above...

i have a JDM DOHC f22b in an accord, that i dunno how long has been sitting in JDM WORLD, but when i got it, and through it in, it ran FINE! no smoke, not burning oil, nothing at all!

well i turbo it about 4 months later, with a good turbo setup, only thing is i am running 7 pounds on a dog **** FMU, because hondata is on the way with injectors and a p06 ecu.

well when it was first running i never have beatin on it hard, i boosted here and there, but since i had an FMU i knew better.

well about 1500 miles into the turbo thing, i notice that when my car sits at idle while warm, i will hit the gas(nto full throttle/probably 1/4 throttle) to about 2000rpms and it wont smoke reving up, but isntantly as it hits back 750rpms i will see a puff a BIG thing of smoke out coming to my front windows etc. then if i hit the throttle again soon, it wont do it really, and if i keep revving constantly off and on to about 2000rpm's it wont do it...just when it sits for like 5-10 seconds at idle.. thats the only time it does it....

is this my valves, or my turbo, or the fmu making it smoke, im confused.
it smells, and looks to be oil smoke, but its so hard to tell.

please please help me out..this is worrying the **** out of me...i put some slick 50 fuel system cleaner in there..hoping that maybe it will clean my valves a little..but who knows, that should never work.
im running NGK BKR7E"s as plugs at the moment...
thanks again!!!

i had the same problem.....it was my oil return line, you have to make sure the return goes straight down and has no kink's (the oil drops due to gravity so if it doesnt go straight down oil will build up, and when you hit the gas you get it to flow again....hince the smoke) hope that helps

hmm, thats weird...my oil return line is a straight 65 degree bend straight with no turns from the turbo to the oil pan, it should be perfect...ill will double check it though...i would be more then happy if this is the problem..but the guy that i installed my turbo with..he was more then careful when selecting the route for the drain line...due to how essential it is to be working properly.

hey, well i checked out my return line, and it was fine...i think it might have something to do with the setup on my feed line, and the adapter that goes into the turbo...since the turbo inlet is way bigger then the inlet that was intended for the feed line...

if it is not that then i think it is my valve seals.

i was playing around with my friend in his vette..and he said he saw me get on it a little bit...meaning 1/4-1/5 throttle half boost, to redline, and when i let off he would see a little smoke come out???????

im hoping this is not going to be too much of a problem..i have babied my car since it put the turbo on...awaiting hondata...
i did a comp. test. and it was 200/200/200/190 so i am fine on that it seems...well see

any more ideas would be great!
