Default leaky BOV

My wastegate has a 9.7# spring but the car never makes more then 5.5

When I put my palm upto my BOV while idling it sucks it to it really tight. This easily explains where my 4#'s of boost is going, right?

I have another bov on another pipe I'm gonna test tomorrow.

And yea it is sucking. It's like a vacuum when you put your hand against it so I'd assume that under pressure it's just blowing air right out.

wastegate is hooked up to about a foot and a half infront of the throttle body.

36" intercooler (Ithink, been a while). If the new bov doesnt fix the problem I'll be taking the intercooler off next and just putting a pipe in its place to see if that works.
