Default kteller to downpipe connection

i'm looking at possibly ordering a kteller complete exhaust system for my civic and was wondering does it come with flanges to connect the exhaust to the downpipe or would i have to get those separate? right now i just have an open downpipe coming off the turbo with no flange on the end.

Well i bought the Weld up kit. All the Bends wear dead on i just put the welds on it saved me like 100bux!!! it fit good I also put the magnaflow muffler on it i love it. Best exhaust i have ever bought and i will only buy those now. I am very happy with it man. Best part is the muffler looks stock and is not loud Cops dont fu#k with me over it.

I got the 3" bolt up kit and it bolted up no problem... There is a flange for the stock cat on there:

You can see it with the gasket and nuts to the left in the above pic.
