Default help me design my next block

Im gona be rebuilding my spare LS block to swap my supercharger components onto next spring. Trying to decide how to go about a budget yet strong setup for the supercharger. The whole thing will not see more then 10psi, and probably reach a maximum of 300hp.

Had a couple ideas off the top of my head...

P72-A0 (USDM B18C1) Pistons (10.2:1 Compression)
Shot peened LS rods
micropolished LS crank
clevite bearings
ARP rod bolts, mains, head studs, etc
new oil pump
endyn pcv system

I dont think ill need to sleeve the block for 300hp or 10psi. All of this would go along with.

Kiddracing RMF narrow header
2.5" catco cat with 2.5" exhaust
intake
JRSC ported @ whatever psi
possible meth injection and or intercooler manifold depending on how deep the investment goes
lightweight crank pulley

will the GSR pistons match to the LS rods without any issues?

the stock main bolts are fine for just about any application, if you put arp main studs in you need to align hone the block and them possibly shim/shave the oil pump, just a nightmare to get into. forget the lightweight crank pulley, unless those ati/fluidampre ones are light thats all i would suggest other than a stock gsr/b20 one. why not get a set of lightweight rods and forged pistons with some decent compression if you are building the motor.

lightweight rods and a matching set of forged pistons is getting outside of my 1000 dollar budget for the next rebuld, i wanna try to do cams, springs, seals, and all the other nessecary objects under 1000 bucks. Budget building is fine by me as the motor isnt gona really lay down enough hp or run enough boost with the supercharger to have to worry about things like forged pistons or lightweight rods. Shot peening the LS rods seems to be cheap enough and should make them a little sturdier over factory for 10psi. Pistons really dont need to be forged for 300hp.

You're not going to make 300whp on 10psi with a Jackson. If you do up the boost to make 300 the cast pistons aren't going to like all the hot *** air you're forcing in there. Meth injection will help a bit, but search and see how many actual 300whp JRSC setups there really are. Just a little heads up from our experience. It takes a bit of boost and a decent sized engine to do so

yes im aware of how difficult it is, the LHT manifold may or may not be in the future, not sure yet. Like i said this is plan phase, im not too concerned about whether i meet the goal of 300whp or not, its merely a target to shoot for.
