junkyard turbo builders T25 Map questions.
I know a T25 is a rather small Turbo but many are using it with some success on D16 and ZC's. What is the limit in what the T25 (2nd gen DSM unit) can produce boost wise? Part two of that question is what is the point were efficiency becomes an issue? Ie. it may make 20psi but really is not good after say 15psi.
Obviously what it will produce in a given application depends on the motor, manifold, charge pipe, intercooler, managment, and any other number of factors but what is the turbo itself capable of? I plan on over building my engine anyway so provided I have the fuel and managment to back it up I just need to know what I might plan on spinning the T25 up to.
