hello guys,
has anyone of you ever seen a B16 or b18 engine with both of them(supercharger and turbocharger)??and what are the major problems with the install.does it make sense to blow a engine with a SC and a turbo.i am from europe(switzerland) and there`s a tuner who has build a del sol crx with a B18C6 engine(integra type-r spec europe)with a spercharger and a turbo.i think the big advantage is, that you will have boost from 2000 rpms .thanks for answers

I think at somepoint in the rpm one will always be in conflict with the other. In the lower rpm the supercharger will be sucking air but the turbo will be obstructing the intake. Then at higher rpm the supercharger will be in the way of the forced air being blown in by the turbo.

That is just the logic going through my head on that.

but i wonder how he sync the two blowers,at some point the sc is no more needet and the turbo makes boost,so how can you control this???when i have more details i will tel this here.sorry for my english,but i am from switzerland ;-)
