Default JRSC timing???

Im putting a JRSC on my ITR what should i turn the timing back to if im runing about 7psi? and what kind of wheel hp should this kit make? thanks again

Yes you are gonna need to run very low timing. The JRSC generates alot of heat and since there is not bolt on way of intercooling you need to run low timing to avoid detination. Im not 100% sure but I think you should roll it back 11deg from stock.

If you are not running the JR BTC or some other form of boost-dependant ignition retard setup, you'll need to set the timing to 8 BTDC on 92 octane gas and 10 BDTC on 93 octane gas.

The JR kit has been notoriously difficult to setup on the ITR. Engine management will really bring out the potential of this kit, but if you wanna stick with bandaids, talk to the guys in the Forced Induction Integras forum on http://www.hostboard.com

The JR MAP Controller apparently really cleans things up for the ITR, but it is not included in the kit.
