Default jrsc in a d16y7

i've used the search but couldn't really find much on the d16y7. i just wanted to know what kind of opinions you guys have on puting a jrsc on the stock d16y7. im aiming at about 150whp would i need to spend alot of money to upgrade?? or am i asking too much power on the stock d16y7? any input would be appreciated

It's a pretty bad idea, considering you can pick up 20 hp by swapping on a vtec head.
