Default JRSC with 11:1 compression...

Hey guys,

I just got my motor running pretty strong. It is very quick for just being on motor. But I would really like more power. i was wondering if I could boost maybe 5-6 psi on my motor, and still run on pump gas.

The motor has a ITR pistons in it, as well as arp headstuds and rod bolts.

I think with the 3 layer headgasket, slight mill of the head and the ITR's its in the low 11's.

So or

You'll be fine, just don't run too much timing or boost. LHT intercooler would be very nice with that setup. Good luck

btw check out the huge jrsc thread on here, you'll find everything you need to know.

i ran 11to1 CR in a LSvtec EF w/ uberdata and water injection.

It went good and ran for 2years, and still ran when i pulled it and sold it.

11 to 1 is fine, Because of the limiting boost of the JRSC raising the compression is a power maker. My CRX ran 11.5 to 1 on 93 daily driven making 296.
Go with a good tuner, and of course drop the IAT ,,

well thats pretty awesome that you make that much power at 8 psi. I dont think my stock bottom end can handle that.
