Default JRSC and compression ratio

I make all my motor, it have 8.5:1 compresion (lover that the original). Is safe to boost the JRSC to 11 psi without use of water injection?

Thanks in advance

i think you'll get diminishing returns due to the really high intake air temperature. at 11psi you're probably looking at around 250 degrees!!
