I plan to build an other turbo set up on my actual car but this time I want a quiet ride.
So my car already have an full itr exhaust with cat.
My question is, does this line will flow enough for an 230-250whp b18b.
I plan to put an external dump, so it will help a little bit when the gate will open but it will be loud on boost.

it will, but its gonna take a little more boost than usual to make it (assuming your turbo can make that power level)

yeah but the real question is, will I have cylinder overheat problems with long pull.

ITR exhaust will be restrictive on a turbo car. On mine I had built a custom 3 inch exhaust with middle resonator and was very quiet .

mmmm i'm not sure, at that power level it shouldn't be a problem. i'm assuming you'll use a jdm itr cat back which should be 2.5" that's a common tubing diameter under 350whp
