Default irregular idle problems

since the turbo install my car has been idling really low about 500 rpms...today it stalled a couple times because of the irregular idle...what could the problem be? first guess was to change the plugs and wires so i ordered some new range 7's today...
any other ideas?

idle air screw make it idle higher, because you have a turbine to push now with your exhaust

you check your vaccum lines by making sure everything is connected, and also look for tears. you can also get a vaccum tester. they have them any auto parts place (autozone, discount auto, napa) it just makes sure all your lines hold vaccum.

thanks i wasnt sure if they had something at a local autozone...this could explain why im running so rich...if the vacuum is messed up...it would alter the fmu setting when it releases more gas...ah yes, someday it will all work in harmony

if you have a vacuum leak, you idle is going to move up and down from 500 to like 1500 over and over...so i don't think that is the problem.

Try and mess w/ your throttle cable and adjust that, then adjus tthe idle contol screw on the throttle body.
