My car just recently started over boosteing at random times, its a garrett turbo. I was using a Tial external wastegate with greddy profec b, when this started. I switched back to the internal wastegate and a manual controller, and same exact issue, sometimes its perfect other times its not. any other ideas?

maybe the diaphram in the wg is getting pinched or is torn ?

 

I opened the Ex. W.G. and everything looked fine,no rips or pinches I could see. It moved fine, the Internal gate moves and seems fine as well,

 

what kind of hose or tube do you use for the wg ?

 

I have Vaccuum line now, before it was the greddy hard lines.
