Well Im planning to get a greddy or drag turbo Could I have the JE pistons, Crower Connecting Rods, Ferria retainers and valve springs installed after I have the turbo kit because im low on cash and I wanna be BOOSTED as soon as possible.

 

you can do that. It will be fine. But just dont over boost the motor without doing some tuning.

 

Im sorry I wasnt that clear . Will I have to re install the turbo if I plan to put internals.
