Hey, i'm looking at a turbo setup and i was wonder what the pro's and cons are off an internal waste gate. Why are they so much cheaper???

 

Well here is a couple
Pros: Less noise
Less piping and clutter
Cons: Limited amount of boost
Slower spooling (I think, not sure about this)
Have you tried doing a search?

 

Pros:
-easier to control
-easier to pipe
-smaller
-cleaner install
-cheaper
-can always be weldedup and use external gate

Cons:
-boost creep
-boost creep
-boost creep
-generally lower boost
-harder to lower boost setting
-more turbulent exhaust flow
-did I say boost creep?
