intercooler question..HELP
Ok, I just ordered my new drag intercooler from ARunto. Good seller by the way. Now this intercooler is 2.25 inch inlet on one side and 2.5 inch on the other. Would it be best to put the 2.5 inch inlet on the turbo side? Or the other way around? Right now i am using a starion FMIC and I have 2.5 inch piping coming off the turbo and 2.25 inch to the TB. Any advice would be appreciated.
My set up is as follows:
Mitsu. T25
HF mani and adapter plate
Cartech FMU
High press. high volume inline fuel pump
Custom piping
HKS ssq BOV
Check valves
2.5 inch cat back exhaust
No cat
Boostin 10 psi. at the track

I'd do 2.5 to the TB side and smaller to the turbo side...but if you can and willing to do it, get a 2.5" to 2.25" reducer and run 2.25 all the way around
