What is the best I/C pipe sizing for 400 - 500hp goal?

What hp can be expected on a 2.5" intercooler piping?

 

2.5 intercooler in/out and piping same i made 710whp at 34 psi. it can be done. through a bored b16 throttlebody also.

 

i run 2.5 ic piping on mine, and have a 4 inch downpipe into 3 inch exhaust

 

2.5" piping, 3" dp/exhaust

2.5" is all you need on a honda unless you want 750+whp. You may want to re-think stainless steel as it is nothing but heat-soak city.

 

3' is all i run for now and 2.5 back to ic and made 505hp good for mid 10's

 

your going for 1000 wheel horsepower but you dont care about heat? thats interesting
