Default intercooler piping doesnt fit?!?!

Ok to start off Its a 94 civic hatch with a gsr swap. I recently purchased a log manifold from a reputable sponsor also with a 2.5 flare to 3inch dp .anyhow im having fitment issues with my old IC piping the throttle body side fits fine ofcourse but the compressor (turbo) side doesnt. the downpipes bend ,along with the ac lines make it impossible to fit the piping up to meet with the turbo's coupler. the only solution i could see was to remove the AC lines and it MIGHT clear but thats rediculous considering i payed extra for an a/c comp DP and got a log mani just for this reason of to not have fitment issues. At first i was mad cause the way the wastegate was placed it hit the ac lines also but what made worse there as well is it also hit the ps bracket so i have to knotch it if i want ps. It seems to me even tho its listed as ac/ps compatible it is far from that . Anyhow even tho im ranting the purpose of this post is to see if anyone else ran across these problems and what tehy're solutions where, help is much appreciated , thanks daniel

this may just be me, but i cant see how you can buy a IC piping kit and expect it to directly bolt up. Unless you run the exact manifold, turbo, IC, and motor as it was made for I cant really see it being a direct bolt up. Some people are going to have IC's with longer or shorter end tanks, manifolds that drop the turbo a bit lower, or turbos that are a bit bigger and wont allow piping to line up. Not trying to come off strong, but i just dont understand how a specific intercooler kit will fit per say "a b18c turbo with log mani" where most people are not running the same setup

and once again ur not reading what im typing, the issue isnt with the charge piping its with the manifold, the charge piping used to fit with my old drag manifold which is still a log style, the new LOG manifold i have with the 3inch a/c downpipe will not alow ANY kind of charge piping in there atleast with the ac in. The dp bend is to radical, anyhow ill get pics asap prolly tommorrow cause my cheap *** has to borrow a camera

If downpipe is in the way, then redo the downpipe, and move it closer to the block?

Here are some pictures to show what i mean Just click the thumbnails for a bigger pic. Theres my attempt at getting the view, if u guys need other pics lemme know. By the way the charge piping has to go over or clear the downpipe to get to the intercooler cause remember its an a/c manifold so the dp is on the driver side.

but did the fabricator know what turbo you were running? which way you were clocking the compressor? those are factors that are out of the fabber's hands

If it were me. I would just bend the A/C line out of the way, looks like it only nees to move an inch to get out of the way, and even those hard lines bend pretty easily.
