Re: Intercooler Piping Diameters (integranator)
you wont need 2.5, but it will work , will just create a little lag.
i run 2inch off the turbo into the ic and 2.25 off the ic to the Tb and works great for me

AWWWW crap...just what i need-- MORE LAG. Oh well, I'm going to be running 9-10psi on my t3/04e 57 trim .63a/r--- and i'm doing diy piping-- and the diameters at this website said 2.5 and gave the part numbers and everything to buy, and you'd be set...guess not.

Re: Intercooler Piping Diameters (itr206)
2.25" is perfect...
it's not the volume, but more like pressure and velocity that plays important role...
volume does as well, but not until you're pushing mad boost in...

boost is measure in pound per square inch, it measure pressure...

Re: Intercooler Piping Diameters (integranator)
This is what i have for my street/track crx 2.25" from turbo to i/c and 2.5 from i/c to TB. I'm shooting for 500hp. Stan is right 2.25" is good enough for you. Bigger doesn't mean better.

Re: Intercooler Piping Diameters (Ltech)
See, what i'm saying is-- i already bought the 2.5" piping, because of this site that someone on the board refered me too-- told me to get this piping: http://www.cse.uconn.edu/~yelevich/turbo/turbo.html
So, i bought it-- Will i have any problems with running the 2.5"...or should i just trash it and get the 2.25?
