what do you think of this...i mean it is two intercoolers welded together. how do you think the airflow will be?

it depends. it seems like a bar and fin type? i dont understand how they could weld underneath the bar when the fins are in the way? personally i would just buy a one unit type.

 

yea, this is for a friend of mine and i told him not to buy it. how could they weld the small skinny bars together and then the fins. i have a feeling that there is not going to be much airflow through the bars

basically, all that is, is an extension. It can be done... My guess is, that it is open empty air in the section where the two i/c's are joined. Now this isn't a HUGE problem, but IMHO, its going to throw off the turbulence in the air, and probably slow down its movement.
