Default intercooler?

so i found the intercooler i want and the only problem is it 3in inlet and outlet and i'm gonna be running 2.5in charge piping, do you think it would be fine if i just get some couplers to 2.5 to 3 and have no air flow problems, i dont think i will but i just wanna double check
