Intercooled VS Non-Intercooled
After deciding which route I am going to take with the addition of a turbo kit, I wanted to know if I could run a kit like the GReddy kit on my Integra at around 6-7 psi WITHOUT an intercooler at first, then IF I decided to bump up to 8+ PSI, I could add the intercooler down the road. More than likely I would add it anyhow to produce more hp at the same amount of boost, but cash flow at first may not permit me to purchase the intercooler at time of kit purchase. OR do I HAVE to have an intercooler in order to run low boost so I dont fry any of my internals. I know on the SOHC civics at 6-7 psi, an intercooler isnt needed.

Re: Intercooled VS Non-Intercooled (MiraiZ)
Yeah, I figured out that much. Thanks for the info, but considering Im going to start out with a standalone system, I should be good either way I choose. Thanks again.

Do you guys think it would be ok to run the greddy kit on a 98 sohc vtec without an ic at first? i'm thinking about doing that until i get the money for an ic
