Default Integra GSR Turbo advice

So I bought an Integra GSR turbo before I left for deployment. When I come back I would like to add more horsepower and address some traction issues. I was just wondering what you guys reccommend. With the current setup it made 349 WHP at 14psi on 93 octane. However I moved and the gas here is only 92 octane so Im hesitant to run it at 14psi again without another retune.

Here is the major parts of my setup

95 b18c1
9:1 compression JE pistons and rods
polished crankshaft
DRAG III turbo kit
Skunk2 IM
RC 750cc injectors
stock cams and valvetrain
koni 12 way adjustable shocks with some cheap 16 inch falken tires

I would like to make 400 WHP and get some better traction. I was thinking of getting some new cams, raising the boost, and possibly port and polishing the head. I also heard the skunk 2 IM makes less power for boosted b series then the stock GSR IM so I might swap it out or buy a better one. Possiblely also getting a quaife limited slip and some better tires.

Also what are the limitations on the DRAG turbo kit? Anything I can swap out to make it more efficient? I heard the DRAG exhaust manifold is only efficient till about 14 psi.
