Default integra gsr head

My head took a **** on me and now its time to rebuild. I have a turbo kit laying around and I am planning on putting it on. I am wondering what are some good set ups for a gsr head going boost because I know the block can handle 300hp and im not going higher than that. thanks

stock gsr head is sufficant.. a stock gsr head can produce 800hp with the right setup. 300hp isnt that much save your money on the tune and fuel area

I meant im going to rebuild the head regardless or should I just throw on a b16 head wich is better for boost or should I rebuild the current head with oem parts or aftermarket

well if you are on a budget see which way is cheaper. id rebuild with most oem parts and prolly some type r cams and springs since they will be out of the head. b16 head would be fine also but the cams are smaller then that gsr.

bringing back this thread since I dont want to start another one but I took the head off my car today and have I have 4 leaking valves from the exhaust side I sprayed carb cleaner and it leaked through, so I took my head to the machine shop and the guy said that he will resurface the head and grind the valves down. I was curious and was wondering can he just reuse the other good valves and for the valves that are leaking do I need to replace them or can he just ground them down to make a tight seal. He told me to only bring him valve seals. I read some where that shaving the head should be the last resort when he says he will resurface the head is he going to shave it?
