Default Insurance ?'s

Hey all I was just wondering what happens if you have a fully built motor, turbo kit, and some other goodies on your car and it gets stolen? I have full coverage. Does the insurance company pick up the tab if I have all the reciepts? or do they just say heres what your stock car is worth and **** on you?

thx

Hey, I'm wondering that as well. I've got state farm, anyone know if they cover everything? And what type of proof would be needed to say that you had it in the car and now it's gone. Would pictures of it in the car be enough? Oh and would going turbo up your rates as well?

allstate told me they cover turbos and engine swaps, anything that is bolted to your car as long as you have reciepts.

I have AllState as well and when my car got broken into they covered my guages and stuff. Just make sure you have pics and receipts. The way they explained it to me was if u turned my car upside down whatever didn't fall out would be covered as long as I had pics and receipts. They were pretty cool about it.
