Default install of MSD two step and microswitch

i want to retain the ability to start up my car by clutching in and want to add in a microswitch to do so.

how would i wire this up? would it be correct by wiring in a 12v source from the fusebox to one of the prongs on the microswitch and the other prong would go to one of the wires on the clutch switch? and the second wire from the clutch switch would go to the red wire of the two step?

I've never heard of that.

How does installing an MSD 2 Step module/ignition box disable the need to engage your clutch when starting your car?

from what i've been told, it disables the function of the clutch when starting the car up because you have to short the clutch switch harness. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.
