Inlinepro headgasket on B18C1
People have ran 22psi with stock b18c1 longblocks and a inline pro headgasket, so 10psi would be no problem. All you have to make sure of is to keep your afr's on the conservative side.

Which inline pro one are you talking about?
3mm gasket = 8.30:1
2mm gasket = 8.96:1
1mm gasket = 9.76:1
I'm going to assume it's a 2MM gasket. You'll be fine with 10 psi, as that guy said people have pushed 14+++ psi on a stock gsr block.
